Latemar and Rosengarten – two places of retreat with a lot of advantages
Latemar and Rosengarten are the names of the famous mountain massifs with whom you live at eye level.
Both apartments were realized according the rules of Climate House B standard and so we used preferably natural materials like organic lime plaster, wooden floors, wooden furniture, nature latex mattresses and finest wool carpets.
The furnitures are modern and functionally and leave nothing to be desired. We gave some original furniture from grandmother's time to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Life on our farm to enjoy your holidays
Holidays on a farm are always a special adventure for the whole family. Experience the nature with all senses and feel free. Our numerous animals are waiting to be petted! You can watch farmer Helmuth, during he is working in the pasture, the field and in the wine cellar. Farmer's wife Gabi offers to you a healthy breakfast with a lot of home made products. On request she will prepare a themed-dinner with specialities for the south tyrolean kitchen, italian pasta and home made cakes. But even roasted chestnuts the so-called "Törggelen" tradition will prepared on request.

On the hiking paradies Salten we own a barn with a small kitchen. A fabulous place for a pic nic with a breathtaking view over the beautiful landscape.
